1 cup pecans

1/4 cup oil (Coconut)

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

How to make it:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix dry ingredients.

Mix liquid ingredients [in separate bowl].

Stir together gently. Allow clumps to form.

Spread onto ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 20 minutes.

Stir very gently.

Bake another 10 minutes or until done.
